Spanning a long 16 year career in Advertising, I was the go-to graphic designer for all my colleagues, friends and family soughting wedding stationery and party invitations. It seemed those years working on direct mail pieces helped spark off an unusual take on invitations. These designs weren’t your average printed card, no.
I was a Studio Manager working in Sydney and Melbourne for some of the biggest advertising agencies. It felt like a dream... until it wasn't.
Then i hit this pivotal moment where i didn't want to do it anymore. That was the exact moment i realised i needed a creative outlet.
Using my own wedding as a place to explore current trends without having to fit within a box, I ventured off into a world of unique wedding styling.
But I had that entrepreneurial itch. You know the one.
Ditching my role as Studio Manager in the corp world, this became my forefront goal – to house my own designs I loved all in one virtual space and share them with people whose heart beats at a similar drum.
